Cashews are the rich, sweet, and creamy seed of the cashew apple. They are native to Northeastern Brazil, but production of cashews also occurs in Vietnam, India and Ivory Coast.
Organic raw cashews are perfect for snacking, baking and cooking. They are excellent when sprinkled on salads or used in stir-fry recipes. They can also be roasted, candied, or enjoyed raw.
Product should be stored in a dry, cool place away from heat and light, for an estimated shelf life of 6 months. To extend shelf life recommended storage temperature is between 35-45°F.
