This flour is stone milled from commercially cleaned Certified Organic rye grains with most of the bran removed. Rye has been broadly cultivated in Central and Eastern Europe. Rye bread is a widely eaten food in Northern and Eastern Europe.
Product should be stored at 15˚C and 60% humidity in a clean, dry place. Shelf life is 8-10 months under correct storage conditions.
