Ingredients: Organic Unbleached White Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Grapeseed oil

How to construct:
1. Keep frozen until ready to cook
2. Boil water
3. Put udon noodles into boiling water
4. Stir the noodles with chopsticks
5. Boil for 2-3 mins or until desired texture is obtained
6. Run under cold water
7. Eat hot in your favourite soup or cold on salad with the dressing of your choice!
